Orange Coconut Pie

- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 envelopes whipped topping mix
- 2 3/4 c. cold milk
- 2 pkg. (4 serving size) coconut cream instant pudding mix
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
Directions

1Dice orange sections, reserving several for garnish.

2Prepare topping mix with 1 cup of the milk as directed on package, using large mixing bowl.

3Add remaining 1 3/4 cups milk and pudding mix. Blend, then beat at high speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl often.

4Fold in oranges.

5Spoon into pie shell.

6Chill at least 4 hours.

7Garnish with rest of oranges.

8Makes 6 to 8 servings.
