  • 1 box orange Jell-O
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 tsp. orange extract
  • 1 can mandarin oranges

    Mix Jell-O and 1 cup boiling water.

    Set aside to cool.

    Bake cake as directed on box in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Let cool slightly. Using a fork, poke holes 1-inch apart throughout.

    Pour Jell-O over entire cake slowly.

    Refrigerate until cool.
