  • 1 large can crushed pineapple and juice
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 large box orange flavored jello
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 c. Velveeta cheese, shredded
  • 1 carton Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix pineapple with juice and sugar. Bring to a boil. Add dry jello and water; stir well and let gel. Add cheese, pecans, and Cool Whip. Chill and serve.
