- 2 small pkg. orange Jell-O
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 small can frozen orange juice
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 2 cans mandarin oranges
- 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Mix Jell-O with hot water.

2Stir in orange juice and cool. Add oranges and pineapple.

3Pour into a 13 x 13-inch dish and congeal.

4Beat pudding with milk until slightly firm.

5Fold whipping cream into pudding mix.

6Spread over congealed orange salad.

7Yields 12 to 15 servings.
