Ingredients

  • 3 oz. pkg. orange/pineapple gelatin (regular or sugar-free)
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 pt. pineapple sherbet
  • 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 4 oz. nondairy whipped topping

Directions

    Stir gelatin and hot water until well dissolved. Spoon in sherbet. Stir until gelatin thickens and sherbet is melted.

    Pour into bowl or individual glass dishes.

    Sprinkle with marshmallows and spread with whipped topping.
