Orange Gelatin

   Combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan.

   Bring to a boil stirring often.

   Remove from heat.

   Add gelatin.

   Stir until dissolved.

   Add buttermilk.

   Stir until cool.

   Fold in whipped cream and pecans.

   Spoon into a 12 x 8-inch dish.

    Chill until firm.

    Cut into squares to serve.
