  • 4 lb. boneless fresh ham (rump end)
  • 1 jar orange marmalade
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves

    Heat oven to 325°.

    Place ham on rack in open roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer in thickest part of the ham.

    Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours (allow 20 minutes per pound) or until meat thermometer registers 155°.
