- 11 ounces mandarin oranges sections
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 18 teaspoon ginger ground
Directions

1In a 1 1/2-quart casserole micro-cook ham, celery, 1 tablespoon water, covered, on 100% power for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through.

2Drain orange sections with pineapple, reserving 13 cup liquid.

3In a 1-cup measure stir together cornstarch and cinnamon.

4Stir into reserved liquid.

5Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring every 30 seconds.

6Drain liquid off ham and celery mixture.

7Stir in thickened mixture.
