- 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (13 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 1 (11 oz.) can crushed pineapple (don't drain)
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines all butter cake mix
- 1 can mandarin oranges (don't drain)
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
Directions

1For icing, mix well instant vanilla pudding mix, Cool Whip and crushed pineapple. Set aside until cake has cooled.

2For cake, mix Duncan Hines cake mix, mandarin oranges, oil, and eggs. Bake at 325° in three layers for 20 minutes. When cake has cooled remove from cake pans and ice cake making a three-layer cake. Put in refrigerator over night.
