- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes or chili powder
- Salt and pepper
Directions

1Remove the cooked chicken or pork from the skillet.

2Turn the heat under the skillet to high, then add the chicken stock, orange juice, maple syrup, and red pepper flakes together.

3Let the mixture come to a bubble and reduce by half, until thick and syrupy, about 5 minutes.

4Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

5Pour the sauce over the chicken or pork.
