- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup corn syrup, light
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
- 1 unbaked pie shell, 9-inch
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°F.

2In a large bowl, beat eggs.

3Add molasses, corn syrup, orange juice, orange peel and vanilla; beat until well blended.

4Stir in pecans.

5Pour into unbaked pie shell.

6Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is set.
