Orange-Pineapple Cake

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 (10 oz.) can mandarin oranges (including juice)
  • 1/3 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding (no milk)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
  • 2/3 can crushed pineapple (remaining)

Directions

    Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, oranges and 1/3 can pineapple.

    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan and bake according to package directions.
