- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 6 oz. pkg. orange Jell-O
- 1 can evaporated milk
Directions

1In a saucepan, drain pineapple.

2Measure juice and add water to make 2 cups.

3Add cream cheese.

4Let it come to a boiling point, stirring so cream cheese is all melted. Add to Jell-O and stir until all is dissolved. Add pineapple and evaporated milk. Pour into medium Tupperware mold sprayed lightly with Pam. Refrigerate.

5May use dressing of a little Cool Whip and mayonnaise, but salad is rich enough without.
