Orange-Pineapple Mold

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 6 oz. pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Directions

    In a saucepan, drain pineapple.

    Measure juice and add water to make 2 cups.

    Add cream cheese.

    Let it come to a boiling point, stirring so cream cheese is all melted. Add to Jell-O and stir until all is dissolved. Add pineapple and evaporated milk. Pour into medium Tupperware mold sprayed lightly with Pam. Refrigerate.

    May use dressing of a little Cool Whip and mayonnaise, but salad is rich enough without.

    Yields 10 servings.
