- 4 pork chops
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Trim fat from pork chops.

2Brown in oil.

3Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Add orange juice, sugar, cinnamon and cloves.

5Cover and simmer 45 minutes.

6Add cornstarch dissolved in a little orange juice.

7Heat until bubbling and clear.
