- 1 lb pork loin, cubed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 cup red bell pepper
- 1 cup green bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 12 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 14 cup cold water
- salt and pepper
- 3 cups cooked rice, kept warm
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except cornstarch, water, salt, pepper and rice in a slow cooker.

2Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

3Turn heat to high and cook 10 minutes.

4Combine cornstarch and water.

5Stir into stew.
