- 1 c. milk
- 3 c. plain White Lily flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
- 1 stick butter
- 1 small bottle orange extract
Directions

1Cream butter, shortening and sugar.

2Add one egg at a time and beat well.

3Stir in a little flour and then milk mixture alternately until all the flour and milk is used.

4Add the flavoring.

5Pour in a large tube pan which has been greased and floured.

6Put in a cold oven; set oven at 300° and bake 1 1/2 hours.

7Cool and spread icing.
