  • 1 roughy filet per person
  • 6 potatoes, quartered
  • 3 cans green beans
  • carrots
  • sliced onions

Directions

    Wrap each roughy filet in aluminum foil.

    Add potatoes, green beans, carrots and onions to each filet.
  3. 3
    Mix butter, lemon pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

    Pour over top of each.

    Close up the foil and bake at 320° for 2 1/2 hours.
