  • 1 -6 oz. pkg orange flavored gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 -11 oz. cans mandarin orange sections, drained
  • 1 -20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 -3 oz. size pkg lemon flavored instant pudding
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 2 cups Cool Whip

Directions

    Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water.

    Stir in frozen orange juice until completely dissolved.

    Add drained orange sections and crushed pineapple.

    Freeze until set, about two hours. One hour before serving, combine lemon instant pudding mix with one cup cold milk; fold in Cool Whip.

    Spread evenly onto gelatin and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
