  • Orange Salsa
  • 1 orange
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 ounces butter
  • 2 ounces milk or cream

Directions

    Melt the butter in a large skillet. Dice the chili and orange, and fry until slightly brown. (about 10 minutes).

    Add in the cream and sugar, and stir frequently. You may need to thicken the mixture with a bit of flour, depending on the water content of the orange.

    Cool down, and serve over any meat dish.
