- 3 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. bay scallops
- chopped parsley
Directions

1Combine zest, juice, oil and scallops in plastic bag. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

2Broil scallops 4 inches from heat for 6 minutes, until opaque.
