• 2 c. sugar
• 3 1/2 c. flour
• 4 eggs, one at a time
• 1 tsp. orange rind, grated
• 2 c. chopped nuts
• 8 oz. chopped dates
• 1 c. buttermilk
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1 (16 oz.) pkg. orange candy slices, chopped
• 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
• 2 tsp. orange juice
