- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 qt. orange sherbet (room temperature)
- 1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping (also at room temperature)
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir until completely dissolved.

2Chill in mixing bowl until syrupy, like egg whites. Whip with beater until gelatin is foamy and light and no clear gelatin showing.

3Add sherbet and whipped topping; fold together until smoothly blended.

4Chill for 1 to 2 hours, until set.

5Easy and fast.

6Can be poured into an elegant bowl before chilling for best presentation.
