- 1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1The day before cooking, place chicken in large freezer bag. Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, oregano and pepper; pour over chicken.

2Tie bag shut and turn bag several times to coat chicken with marinade.

3Refrigerate for 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
