- 8 medium potatoes, peeled & sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 34 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons onion flakes
- salt & pepper
Directions

1Put potatoes in a large pot & cover with water.

2Boil for 10-12 minutes until a knife goes through the thickest ones easily.
