- 10 slices bacon, sliced
- 3/4 cup chopped Oregon hazelnuts
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 12 slices thin wheat bread
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.

2Blend with Oregon hazelnuts and all remaining ingredients except bread.

3Remove crusts from bread; cut bread into quarters and spread mixture on top of squares.

4Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

5Serve hot.
