Directions

   Crush cookies and mix with melted butter.

   Pat 3/4 of the mixture into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Mix pudding with milk, add cream cheese and mix well.

   Pour this mixture over cookies. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle rest of cooked mixture over Cool Whip.

   Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
