  • 16 oz. Oreos
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 large pkg. chocolate pudding
  • milk

Directions

    Crush Oreos and mix with margarine in bottom of pan (11 x 9). Save 1/2 cup of Oreos for garnish. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on top of Oreos. Mix condensed milk and regular milk to make 3 cups. Add to pudding mix and beat until thick. Pour over cream cheese mix. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and garnish with Oreos.
