Oreo Truffles

Directions

   Crush 5 of the cookies to fine crumbs in food processor and reserve for later use.

   Or place cookies in a ziploc bag and use a mortar and pestle.

   Crush remaining cookies and place in medium bowl.

   Add cream cheese (one can use condensed milk as substitute) mix until well blended.

   Roll cookie mixture into 42 balls, about 1-inch in diameter.

   Chill/refrigerate oreo balls for an hour.

   Dip oreo balls in melted chocolate and sprinkle with remaining oreo crumbs or candy sprinkles.

   Set on wax paper and chill again.
