- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables, drained
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles
Directions

1Brown meat and onion together.

2Drain well.

3Into a 1 3/4-quart casserole dish, mix beef mixture, soup, Chinese vegetables, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

4Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle Chinese noodles on top of casserole.

5Cook for 10 more minutes or until noodles are browned.

6Serve as is or over cooked rice.
