  • 3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced
  • 1/2 c. cashews or almonds
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 2 c. chow mein noodles
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp. onion, chopped

Directions

    Put 1 cup noodles in bottom of ungreased casserole.

    Mix other ingredients; put on top of noodles.

    Cover with remaining noodles. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
