Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. almonds; slivered, shaved or both
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 1 pkg. Ramen noodles (any brand/flavor), broken or crumbled
  • 4 c. finely shredded cabbage
  • 2 c. chicken or large can Swanson's boneless chicken
  • 1/2 c. green onions (scallions; tops and bottoms)
  • 1/3 c. salad oil
  • 1/3 c. seasoned rice vinegar (I used light seasoned)

Directions

    Stir-fry first 4 ingredients together until lightly browned and spread on a paper towel.

    Mix together remaining ingredients and serve or chill and serve.
