- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 (10 oz.) boxes peas
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
Directions

1Put the first 3 ingredients in skillet and saute.

2Add the peas.

3Cook for 5 minutes in 1 cup of boiling water and drain. Add pimento, soup, water chestnuts and 1/4 cup liquid from chestnuts.

4Mix up.

5Put in covered dish.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
