  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 (10 oz.) boxes peas
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts

Directions

    Put the first 3 ingredients in skillet and saute.

    Add the peas.

    Cook for 5 minutes in 1 cup of boiling water and drain. Add pimento, soup, water chestnuts and 1/4 cup liquid from chestnuts.

    Mix up.

    Put in covered dish.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
