- 4 -6 center-cut pork chops
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sherry wine
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- sesame seeds
Directions

1Pound each pork chop till thin.

2In dish combine ginger,soy sauce and sherry.

3Dip each pork chop in mixture.

4Don't discard liquid.

5In large skillet heat 1/2 of the oil and stir fry onions till tender,remove from pan.

6Add remaining oil and brown pork chops.

7Spoon onions over pork chops and also remaining soy sauce and sherry.

8Cover and cook for 20 minutes or till tender.
