- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
- 1/4 c. white sesame seed
- 8 stalks green onions, finely sliced
- 1 medium head cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. Ramen noodles, broken into very small pieces
- Dressing (recipe follows)
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet; toast almonds and sesame seed until lightly browned.

2Combine with remaining ingredients.

3Cover and chill several hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend.

4Makes about ten 1/2 cup servings.
