Ingredients
- 1 head nappa or celery cabbage (not bok choy)
- 2 to 3 bunches green onions
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 bottle sesame seed
- 1 pkg. sliced almonds
- 2 pkg. Ramen noodles, crushed (discard seasoning pkg.)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
Directions

1Chop cabbage and onions, set aside.

2Saute seed, almonds and noodles in margarine, set aside.

3Boil soy sauce, sugar, oil and vinegar 1 minute and cool.

4Mix all just before serving.
