Ingredients

  • 1 head nappa or celery cabbage (not bok choy)
  • 2 to 3 bunches green onions
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 bottle sesame seed
  • 1 pkg. sliced almonds
  • 2 pkg. Ramen noodles, crushed (discard seasoning pkg.)
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar

Directions

    Chop cabbage and onions, set aside.

    Saute seed, almonds and noodles in margarine, set aside.

    Boil soy sauce, sugar, oil and vinegar 1 minute and cool.

    Mix all just before serving.
