- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped ginger root or 3/4 tsp. powdered ginger
- 3 scallions (including green), finely chopped
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and marinate 1 to 2 days in refrigerator.
