- 1 teaspoon parsley chopped fine
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup grated romano cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

1Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, onion, parsley, and grated cheese.

2Fry off until meat turns brown. After meat cools, mix in mozzarella and provolone cheese and tomato sauce. Roll out dough in approximately 6 inch circle. Put in 1/3 cup of meat mixture and fold over like a apple turnover. Squeeze edges with fork and deep fry or bake until golden brown.
