  • 20oz frozen chopped spinach
  • 16oz sour cream
  • 8oz Mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg Knorr's Veg. soup mix
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 loafs round pumpernickel or sourdough

Directions

    Defrost spinach in collander using running cold water. Drain.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Let rest in refrigerator overnight.

    Hollow out bread loaf and fill on day of serving.
