  • about five cups cooked orzo (drained and cooled) (1 box)
  • 3/4 cup sundried tomatoes packed in oil chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon oil from sundried tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons fresh minced garlic
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup EV olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons baslamic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup grated or shredded parmesean cheese
  • 3/4 cup toasted pinenuts
  • 3 tablespoons store bought pesto
  • salt and red pepper flakes to taste

Directions

    Once orzo has cooled combine with olive oil, vinegar, and store bought pesto.
