- about five cups cooked orzo (drained and cooled) (1 box)
- 3/4 cup sundried tomatoes packed in oil chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon oil from sundried tomatoes
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons fresh minced garlic
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/3 cup EV olive oil
- 2 tablespoons baslamic vinegar
- 3/4 cup grated or shredded parmesean cheese
- 3/4 cup toasted pinenuts
- 3 tablespoons store bought pesto
- salt and red pepper flakes to taste
Directions
