  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup chopped leeks and flowers or chives
  • 1 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 cup colby jack cheese
  • 1 3/4 lb bacon

    Wash the potatoes well
