  • 180 g all purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 170 g white sugar
  • 150 g butter (unsalted)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • Generous amount of frozen or fresh raspberries

    melt the butter.

    combine the flour and baking powder.

    beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture is light and creamy (approx. 5 minutes on medium hand mixer setting)

    combine eggs and sugar mixture with the melted butter, flour and baking powder.

    add vanilla until well blended.

    add raspberries

    bake for at least 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
