- 180 g all purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 170 g white sugar
- 150 g butter (unsalted)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- Generous amount of frozen or fresh raspberries
Directions

1melt the butter.

2combine the flour and baking powder.

3beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture is light and creamy (approx. 5 minutes on medium hand mixer setting)

4combine eggs and sugar mixture with the melted butter, flour and baking powder.

5add vanilla until well blended.

6add raspberries

7bake for at least 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
