Ingredients
- 6 or 7 c. unsifted flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. scalded milk
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. warm water (110~)
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Scald milk and add butter, sugar and salt.

3Mix well and let it cool to lukewarm.

4Add 1 cup flour and beat well.

5Mix in eggs and yeast.

6Beat well. Gradually add enough flour to make a soft dough, beating well. Cover and let it rise in a warm place until double in size.

7Push it down and with lightly greased hands, shape into rolls.

8Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.

9Cover and let them rise until double in size.

10Bake in hot oven at 400° until brown, about 12 to 15 minutes.
