Ingredients
- 8 c. riced potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Cook potatoes in slightly salted water.

2Rice into large bowl and place butter into melt.

3If potatoes are too cool to melt butter, place in microwave oven to melt.

4Cool overnight.

5Next day, add rest of ingredients.

6Stir well.

7Form into 2-inch balls. I roll on a canvas covered board with a regular rolling pin covered with a stockinette.

8Constantly be working flour into board and rolling pin, so Lefse does not stick.

9Transfer to griddle with Lefse paddle.

10Bake until light brown spots form on one side.

11Flip and continue baking.

12Keep baked pieces covered so they do not dry out.
