  • 1/4 teaspoons Onion Salt
  • 18 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs (or Panko)
  • 2 whole Egg Whites, Beaten
  • 16 ounces, weight Cod (or Other Fish Of Your Choice - I Used Dover Sole)
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Mix onion salt, pepper and bread crumbs in a shallow dish.

    Beat egg whites with 2 Tbsp water.

    Dredge fish fillets in flour then dip in egg whites, then into bread crumb mixture.

    Place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

    Drizzle with melted butter and top with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
