- 140 g tomato paste
- 1 -2 finely chopped onion
- 2 cups grated cheese (I used Edam cheese)
- salt & pepper
Directions

1Place pieces of schnitzel in a greased baking dish so that the meat covers the entire area.

2Spread over tomato paste evenly.

3Sprinkle over the chopped onion.

4Season with salt & pepper.

5Cover with grated cheese.

6Bake for 30mins at 350'F/180'C.
