- 4 lb. pork spareribs, cut into 2-rib portions
- 2/3 c. unsweetened grapefruit juice
- 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/8 tsp. ground allspice
Directions

1Arrange pork spareribs in large open roasting pan in one layer. Roast spareribs in 325° oven for 1 1/2 hours or until fork-tender. Meanwhile, in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, heat grapefruit juice and remaining ingredients to boiling.

2Cool 1 minute, stirring mixture constantly, to prevent sticking.

3During last 30 minutes of roasting, brush ribs frequently with grapefruit mixture.
