  • 2 lbs. stew beef
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 3 carrots, cut
  • 1 lg. can tomatoes
  • 1 med. can peas, undrained
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 1-8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
