  • 1 lb. stew beef cubes or boneless chicken cubes
  • 2 c. diced carrots
  • 2 c. diced potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. four
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except tomatoes.

    Place in covered dish and pour tomatoes over top.

    Do not stir.

    Cover and cook 4 hours or more at 275°.

    Do not open while cooking.
