  • 1 beef chuck roast
  • 1 c. tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cubed potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 can corn
  • 1/2 c. water
  • celery salt

Directions

    Cube chuck roast.

    Brown in skillet with flour, salt and pepper.

    Bake browned meat in baking dish 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Remove and add remaining ingredients.

    Bake 1/2 hour longer or until potatoes are tender.
