Oven-Browned Cornsticks

  • 2 c. biscuit baking mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Melt margarine in jelly roll pan or cookie sheet in 400° oven. Mix together baking mix and corn.

    Pat out onto waxed paper dusted with baking mix to about 1/2-inch thick.

    Cut into squares about 2-inches wide.

    Dip both sides into melted margarine and place in baking pan.

    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
